While panic is distressing we are not trying to eliminate your fear. Nervousness is normal and natural and can even help you perform better if it does not overwhelm you.
Fear-less offers classes in central Auckland with a small group of people who feel the same way as you. You will learn to speak in front of an audience gradually, at your own pace. Due to COVID-19 these courses are currently on hold, however Fear-less is testing real-time on-line course delivery (to anyone in New Zealand). Fear-less also offers one-on-one Zoom coaching for people who have completed the course and others who require specific support on some aspect of public speaking.
